The JSA To Life Center Adult Day Services earned the Rhode Island
Department of Elderly Affairs’ highest rating by providing
a safe, supportive, activity-filled environment for those who
cannot be left alone during the day.
Open to both Jewish and non-Jewish members of the community,
the To Life Center Adult Day Services is licensed by the Rhode Island
Department of Elderly Affairs.
With the belief that the key to health and happiness lies in
the continued stimulation of the mind and spirit, the To Life Center Adult Day Services’s all-inclusive program offers therapy
for both. Participants enjoy daily recreational and social
therapy, and the center also offers a Wellness Program. It
is an ideal place for people who want to remain in their homes,
but are in need of care during the day.
As the only Kosher Adult Day Center in the state, we serve a freshly
prepared breakfast and lunch as well as snacks.
Designed as a nurturing environment for seniors with physical
impairments, dementia and those suffering from the early stages
of Alzheimer’s, the day center places emphasis on interacting
socially with others. Our on-staff registered nurse, an exercise
physiologist, case manager, and certified nursing assistants help
to ensure that the medical and social needs of our participants
are addressed.
The To Life Center Adult Day Services offers a Wellness Program
and a wide range of recreational and social activities designed
to build and maintain an individual’s independence and
